1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at moincarpets@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective products at no extra cost.
4. Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
